Nutrient Dense Ingredients for Breastfeeding
Our bars are made with 8 nutrient dense foods (oats, cashews, almonds, milk thistle, shatavari root, buckwheat. nutritional yeast, rice and pea protein). Most store bought lactation cookies only have 3 nutrient dense foods for breastfeeding (oats, brewer’s yeast and flaxseeds).

Our snack bars have almost 7 grams of protein. Typical lactation cookies have little or no protein.
No Processed Sugar
